Return & Refund Policy – Trendi Looks

At Trendi Looks, we offer a variety of products including hair, apparel, accessories, and beauty items. We want you to love your purchase 

All Sales Policy

Due to the nature of certain items, all sales are final on select products.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Wigs & hair extensions
  • Beauty products (lip gloss, lashes, etc.)

Apparel & Accessories

We do not offer refunds, but exchanges may be approved on apparel and accessories if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Tags are still attached
  • Request is made within 3 days of delivery

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds (if approved)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Hair products (wigs, bundles, closures)
  • Beauty items
  • Sale or discounted items
